For 4 persons Ingredients:

Preparation: 1. Saute onion, bacon and potatoes with spices until onions and bacon are cooked. 2. Saute meat lightly. Add to potato mixture. 3. Fry eggs sunny side up. |
To serve:
Place groestl on plate. Top with egg. Garnish with chopped parsley. This is a popular dish from Tyrol. It is traditionally served with cabbage salad for lunch or dinner in the mountain regions.
